Talking to each other across a table, they recount serial killings, mass shootings, crimes of passion and revenge, and more. Viewers may have seen the deadlines and know the basics, but they’ve never heard them from the horse’s mouth so to speak—the cops themselves, who sifted through horrific crime scenes or carried out risky undercover assignments.
